The room itself was cool on the upper floors. The breakfast was impeccable on the lower level, the food was amazing. The location of the hotel was magnificent - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Torre Latinoamericana Tower.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. It is very close to several places of interest. We only stayed two nights so we didn't have the chance to go to the pool or the gym. The check-in is quite fast despite the number of people in the hotel. It's a pretty big hotel and has a Starbucks, and two or three restaurants. The beds are comfortable. Once you have checked out, you can keep your bags in the same hotel until the time you want.
Being a large hotel, it is difficult to go down from your floor to the lobby because the elevators are full in the morning. At check-out you can easily see 40 people in the lobby with their bags, it feels a bit chaotic. Our room was getting a little hot because the sun was coming up directly in the morning and since you can't open the windows, air conditioning took a while to cool the room down. Other than that, everything is excellent.

The location was good. Raoul stood out as a friendly employee who helped me . His excellent English helped me navigate my first trip to Mexico.
There was a problem with air conditioning in my room. The maintenance staff took a long time to respond to my request.

rooms are large and comfortable, an excellent location, as is the appearance of the hotel, pool and gym are very good.
colleague booked the stay at a prepaid rate using a company credit card. we arrived at the counter they demanded the card with which the payment had been made, claiming security reasons. Nowhere did it say so. If you are travelling on a business trip, please bear this in mind. Each person at reception follows a different criterion in specific matters, for example, if you forget your card in your room, they can give it to you without accreditation or only by asking for the name. One day, I got out of the shower, I heard noises inside the room, I shouted from inside several times if someone was there and nobody answered, I got out of the bathroom I found a lady making my bed. serious thing was not that I entered without knocking, that I did so seeing that the bathroom door was closed, lights on and computer working on the table, that she did not answer my questions, serious thing was that it was my last day in the hotel and they were making the bed... would the next client go to bed with my sheets? I asked him nicely to leave the room and I unmade the bed again.

Excelent location, close to all city center attractions. Feels safe.
For the price you pay, you would expect a lot more. The hotel is very outdated, the rooms (furniture and bathroom) are old and worn out. The worse part was the very dirty and dusty carpet in the room. Otherwise the place is fine for spent a night or two, but way too overpriced for the quality.

strategic location, spacious rooms, excellent indoor pool
Daily cleaning could improve as we found a lack of basic toiletries!!! The business room's unavailability on weekends is quite inconvenient for business travelers like myself looking for some workspace!!!

very comfortable bed, furniture in general and options to connect devices are also very suitable. location is excellent, at the intersection of Reforma and Juarez, one of the many attractive areas for tourism and business travel. few steps from the Monument to the Revolution, whose guided tour is not to be missed (and at a very cheap cost (about 3 euros), near the Alameda, Bellas Artes, Centro Historico, Polanco, TEATROS! hotel's bars and restaurants offer good and varied options, in addition, concert service is excellent. very good indoor swimming pool, a very well equipped gym, with an excellent view of the city. In addition, they have a terrace for smokers, those of us who do not smoke can also enjoy to appreciate the sunset with the panoramic view of the Paseo de la Reforma and Monument to the Revolution. all this in a luxury hotel, at a very accessible price, even better than others of lesser category, are usually used for business trips.
All excellent

Highly recommend for families
The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide array of healthy choices and an omelet station that was great. The staff, especially Oscar, was attentive.
It wasn't inexpensive but for the quality, it's still acceptable.
